	Adopts animals to screened applicants (adoption info)
	Accepts owner-relinquished animals as space allows
	Conducts microchip identification scannings on each incoming animal
	Provides such educational & community services as: adoption counseling ownership guidelines school programs pet food bank for low-income owners or terminally ill who desire to keep their pets pet therapy for the elderly, abused or handicapped people.
